Great news! Pick Up Now Available at Orchard Towers!
You can now collect your Faithworks orders directly from Orchard Towers during weekend church services. This option was created to give you more convenience and flexibility, especially during busy seasons!
We have kept the process simple and smooth so you can get your items without hassle.
Step 1. Shop Online
Browse Faithworks online and add your desired items to your cart. Shop as you normally would.
Step 2. Add a Note under Order Special Instructions
Before you check out, look for the Order Special Instructions box. Type this line:
Pick up at Orchard Towers on weekends
This note tells our team to prepare your items for Orchard Towers collection. Without it, your order will follow the default Katong process.
Orders must be placed before Friday, 12 PM SGT.
Orders placed after this time will be ready only the following weekend.
Step 3. Select Pickup Location and Pay
When you check out, select the "Pick up" option. This simply indicates that you prefer to self-collect your order. The pickup location will show as Odeon Katong. This is correct. Our team will refer to the note you entered in Step 2 to prepare your items for Orchard Towers instead.
Fill in your details and complete payment as usual.
Step 4. Wait for the Confirmation Email
Once your order is ready for Orchard Towers pick up, our team will send you an email. Only collect after this confirmation.
For pickup at Orchard Towers:
Your order will be available for pickup at Orchard Towers (Info Central, Level 4, outside the auditorium) during weekend service timings:
Saturdays: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Sundays: 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM
