How to Claim Your Marsello Points and Redeem Your Benefits at Faithworks Bookstore

If you love collecting rewards, you will love how simple it is to use your Marsello points at Faithworks Bookstore. Whether you buy your favourite titles online or in store, your points are always working for you. This guide walks you through how to check your balance and redeem your benefits in just a few steps.

Step 1

Visit www.faithworks.com.sg and log in to your account

Once you are on the site, click on the shopping cart or person icon at the top right corner to log in. Enter the email address you used for your previous Faithworks purchases. If this is your first time logging in, you can create your account using the same email you used when you signed up at our physical store. This will sync your past points automatically.

Step 2

Open the rewards widget

After logging in, look for the heart icon ♡ with the words Earn Rewards located at the bottom left corner of the screen. Click it to open your personal Marsello rewards panel.

Inside, you will see
• Your total points balance
• Any rewards you have already unlocked
• Ways to earn more points

TIP: You may need to refresh the page for the ♡ Earn Rewards button to appear! 

Step 3

Choose the reward you want to redeem

Click Redeem to scroll through the list of available rewards. These may include
• Vouchers for future purchases
• Money off selected categories
• Special members only benefits during promotions

Select the reward you want. The widget will show the number of points needed and the reward value you will receive.

Step 4

Redeem your reward

Decide on the Reward you wish to you and click the Claim button. Marsello will instantly generate a unique voucher code for you. You can copy the code and use it during checkout on our website.

If you are shopping in store, our team can access your account on our end and apply the discount for you during checkout.

Your points will be automatically deducted after redemption.

Step 5

Enjoy your benefits
