Local delivery within Singapore is free for purchases over S$50.

For purchases that fall below S$50, we charge a flat rate based on the weight of each parcel.

International shipping to countries other than Singapore is available, and delivery charges are calculated (based on weight of the parcel) during checkout.

We deliver all around the world.

Estimated time for delivery within Singapore is between 3-4 working days and 6-12 working days for delivery to major cities outside of Singapore. Please allow more time for delivery to all other destinations. This assumes the item you ordered is immediately in stock. Actual delivery time will ultimately depend on the postal or other third party delivery service provider, and other factors that are not within our control. Please feel free to reach out to us, if you have queries on any of your orders.

We offer door-step delivery for local orders above 250g, and registered mail for all international shipping.

Delivery options on checkout do not include specific day delivery services. However, should you require a special arrangement, kindly drop us an email before checkout and we would be happy to consider how we can accommodate, and advise you on payment for delivery.

Once we have mailed out your orders, we will provide you with the tracking number, which you may use to track and trace your delivery online.

Exchange are allowed ONLY if an item is faulty or incorrect. Please get in touch with us, so we can get this sorted for you. We will not be responsible for any items that were damaged during delivery.

You may exchange your item within 7 days of your receipt of the items you purchased, as long as the replacement item has the same or a higher price than the item you originally purchased.

We do not provide refunds of money paid for any item.

We only accept payment through Paypal. Paypal terms and conditions apply.

Unfortunately, Faithworks vouchers are only accepted at our walk-in bookstore but not on our online store.
